Our customers are some of the most fun, unique, caring, positive, and amazing people out there. They inspire, dream, and make our world a little bit brighter. Putting their interests and well-being first is a worthwhile endeavor that requires our best effort. It is a big responsibility; it carries weight. I have the most profound respect for the amazing people who we are privileged to support, and to those who commit their lives to advocating for the I/DD Community.

We are an organization that chooses to do things the right way; by treating people well and going above the "norm", so that our customers and our communities receive exceptional care. Who we are?

We are an organization of experienced Administrative Staff and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide professional, compassionate, and individualized in-home care services for developmentally disabled adults and children throughout Oregon. We are state-certified to accept Medicaid benefits.

We work rigorously to maintain the high quality of our services, ensuring that every individual we support receives the level of care they deserve. To us, there is no greater gift than seeing someone accomplish their individual goals or dreams. That’s our why.

We are dedicated to the well-being of our clients and love to see the progress, increased independence, and community integration that result from consistent, quality in-home care. We are here as much or as little as you need us, whether you are looking for help in a single area or need 24-hour care.

We provide services in these Oregon counties: Baker, Coos, Crook, Curry, Deschutes, Douglas, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Jackson, Jefferson, Josephine, Klamath, Lake, Lane, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wheeler, Wasco.
