Before devoting his work full-time to Thrive in 2020, Aaron was a successful Founder and President at Satellite Professionals and Armateck. Dedicated leader with strong convictions to positively influence successful personal and professional growth, with over ten years of experience in a leadership capacity with a focus on team building, logistics, multi-state operation, and problem-solving.
Aaron has been a noteworthy leader passionate about providing exceptional service to the intellectually and developmentally disabled since his inception as Director of Thrive Services in 2020.
Outside of Thrive, Aaron has been a Young Life Leader. When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his family, loves outdoor activities, and takes pride in being the big boss at the barbecue!
