Dedicated leader with strong convictions to positively influence successful personal and professional growth, with over ten years of experience in a leadership capacity with a focus on team building, logistics, multi-state operation, and problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p>Aaron has been a noteworthy leader passionate about providing exceptional service to the intellectually and developmentally disabled since his inception as Director of Thrive Services in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of Thrive, Aaron has been a Young Life Leader.
